Hi.

I "installed" the Jira Service Desk for evaluation after starting with Jira Software while on the cloud, and 4 Trusted users were automatically added to the Service Desk Agent user list.  However, when I go into jira-servicedesk-users under Jira Service Desk, I have no users seen, including myself.  I want to remove two Trusted Users and add one other user.  When I go into Users from the main Side Bar, and select one of the users to to remove, the Jira Service Desk switch is greyed out in the on position.

I was able to turn off access to the site for one and he was no longer viewed as a Service Desk Agent.  However, now he cannot get to Jira Software.

Thanks,

Bob Reall

On the cloud the users are located in id.atlassian.cloud.  If you are using an Onprem Server or DC version you can have your ids in many places.   So you said on the cloud if from Jira SD you "gg" > users management  (gg is a short cut to get a admin type actions) you should be able to see the different users and from there show details will have a toggle switch of reach application you are on.   Jira SD Jira software confluence, etc and you should be able to manage from there.  turn off SD while leaving elverything else on
