I would like to convert my SLA timing to weeks/days h:mm. As the timing is a bit hard to comprehend when it gets too big.
I have the same need. The default SLA timing isnt very useful in it's current state.
Welcome to the Community @Shihong Khor - as far as I am aware there is no way to modify the way that this time is displayed. Another way you might approach this is to run a report on the SLA times and then run your conversions from a spreadsheet.

Thanks for your reply @Meg Holbrook - I tried exporting to spreadsheet first, but when I exported into spreadsheets, the values run into errors, due to how "large" some of the negative numbers were. Let me give some examples:
Assume SLA time is -5518:19.
Case 1. When exported into spreadsheet, it appears as: -19:5518 (in reverse, no idea why). And since that is not a valid format, it appears as #VALUE error.
Case 2. Sometimes, the numbers appear as 0.
The reason is, Excel is reading the time as an operation of -(row 19 to row 5518).
