Want to ask if we could change the ERROR Message when user does not select a Radio Button

We use Jira IT Service Desk forms. I wanted to know if there is a way to change the error message (that pops out) when a user does not select a check-box selection.

Hi Rooz,

The error message can be set when you have a validator for your transition so if the field is not selected, an error message you configured will be shown. However, at the moment this would only work in the agent view as in the Customer Portal, a generic message will be shown instead caused by a bug reported at https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-5853
