We intend to enable Service Desk customers the ability to search Confluence Knowledge Base articles.
Is it possible to enable a process so that customers will request for access to the Knowledge Base and access will be granted only after approval?
Our customers will not be licensed confluence users.
Hello @Ramajayam Iyer you could do the following. At JSD you have a simple workflow that wherever the request is approved a site admin adds that customer to a group. That same group will have to be listed as view only in the confluence home page of the space linked to that JSD project. That way you should get a behavior as described
