Is there a remote assistance tool or plugin that can be used or integrated with Jira Service Desk Cloud to complement the attention of the ticket for IT area customers?

I searched on our marketplace and for now, there is only one app for Cloud that provides remote access.
The app is Zoho Assist, it's free but currently, there are no reviews for it.
