Stopping an SLA for Initial response does not show the option for internal comments. Is there q way to add SLA conditions?
Unfortunately there currently is not a built in way to do it or a way to do it through JQL. (https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-4286) I was not able to find a feature request for this. You could always add a transition that stops the SLA and your agents would enter an internal comment on the transition screen. I know this is not as slick but it is a work around.
