Hello,
I created a new status in Jira "On Hold". I added it to SLA section indicating that the time should stop counting when a ticket is put on On Hold status.
It was working properly but today I noticed it is no longer the case. the status disappeared from ON Pause section of SLA. When I add it again, the system allows me to save it propeperly.
However, when I refresh, it disappears again.
Any idea what might have caused this issue?
I need this to work or our tickets will go out of SLA.
