Could you possibly make your documentation (and product) more confusing?
Hi Brian! Disclaimer - I don't work for Atlassian...just a user like yourself. Where are these dead links and or multiple versions. Are they within the documentation itself? I always go to support.atlassian.com and select the product and then the documentation option to ensure I have the latest. If there are some good examples maybe we can get them to Atlassian to clean them up. One of the issues w/ the Community is that we often use links in responses to docs. This works great for the initial activity but doesn't pass the test of time. :-(
