Im using trial vesrion of Service Desk,
I want that clients can make comments with images (not as attachement).
for exemple, a comment like this:
"
a first message appear :
<the screen shot image 1>
and then, if I click OK a second one appear:
<the screen shot image 2>
and If I click Close a third message appear:
<the screen shot image 3>
"
in Service desk comment the message appear like this :
"
a first message appear :
and then, if I click OK a second one appear:
and If I click Close a third message appear:
"
and after that I find attachements
<the screen shot image 1>
<the screen shot image 2>
<the screen shot image 3>
it isn't a good way to present the client request,
pleese help,

In this case, once you attached the image/attachment to the ticket then while commenting on the ticket you should browse that image/attachment and attach it.
If will show you like below screenshot first comment message and the image.

It works on my PC (win 8 /chrome)
but it doesn't work on an other test PC (win server 2008 R2 /Chrome) in this PC hi dont integrate images on comment
