approval field in a certain type of request

hello,

 

I have a custom field for line management approval, in this custom field i have certain people that must be chosen for certain type of tickets, in this field my customers can not find any person to choose, but for administrators they can find them. my issue is that admins can find managers for the request. but, for the regular customers they can not. other projects and other issue types the customers can view and choose from the approval list that is already there, but when i made that new issue type and linked the field to it the customers can not see the people in that field, only admins can.

Hi Ahmed,

Usually when it happens is due to the permissions. If admins can find other people and customers in this specific project can't find the approvers, you need to check the Project settings > Customer permissions > Who can customers share requests with?.
The best option, in this case, is to set "Any customer or organization, by searching this project. This option allows them to search all customers in the current project." because they can find any customer in the project.
