I did a setup for project->email request. when user is sending mail to configured mail issue is getting created on jira, and on resolution that issue went to CLOSE state, now if user is again replying with same subject and jira ticket id, new issue should be created which is not happening, comments are being added to same closed ticket. can anyone suggest on it.

can we define summary and description default values for email request in projects, if user doesn't write email subject and body, so jira can put default values those fields.
