change active directory domain name

Hello,

I install  Jira Service Desk and Confluence on virtual machine with windows server 2012 R2. 

We want to change domain name so FQDN of virtual machine will change from vm.domainA.lan to vm.domainB.lan.

Will both applications continue to work after the change of FQDN of VM or should I consider to reinstall all software from beginning?
