change service desk user to administrator

Hi, 

I need to change a user from service desk role to adminstrator role for a project. In the project roles I have made the user as administrator,  but still that user login is directing to service desk page only.

 

Kindly help me pls

Hi @Gauri Velankar ,

 

Check in the project permissions in the permissions section if the user is having the Administer Projects. To check the permission navigate to the respective Project -> Project Settings -> Permissions and now check for the respective permission you would like to add the user to and edit/add and grant the permissions.
