custom field filter on the portal side

Hi,

i would like to be able to search on the JSD portal, as a customer, based on a custom field value. is it possible out of the box? of not, any plugin reccommendation?

(for example a fieid called "my field" has value "hhh", when i search "hhh" in the portal, i want it to return that ticket.

Hello,

Our addon - Advanced Portal Reports - is about to get a new version, where customers will be able to filter by any field on the report, including custom fields. This should be released for Cloud until the end of the month and for Server until the end of the year.

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

In the customer portal, customers can search for tickets that contain specific words on the summary only, it won't include results based on custom fields.

There are feature requests suggesting improvements for that:

• Search on the Customer Portal
• Add the ability to search for other fields on Customer Portal
• Filtering requests by status on customer portal
