can customer export there issue in excel from customer portal .

Hi @accusolit 

Not sure if I read it correctly - if you are asking for a customer... The answer is very limited, only what is visible on the screen. 

  1. They could open excel and from the Data ribbon click on From Web
  2. Enter in the URL for the Customer Portal. (will have to log in). 
  3. Click on the Requests in the Customer Portal via Excel. 
  4. Select the screen area they want to extract and it should export into Excel 

But not from the Customer Portal directly.

As an agent or administrator one can use filters to show all requests (issues logged) for a period or all time and bulk export to Excel CSV, XML, RSS, Word, and HTML. 

To do this simply open Jira Service Desk and from the sidebar click on the search icon, at the bottom of the sidebar page you'll see Filters, which opens up the filters page and here you can create a custom filter by either using the basic filter creator or JQL.
