Hello,
We would like to expand our user directory - we use Jira Server 8.5.1 with Jira Service Desk 4.5.1, Insight 8.0.3, Microsoft AD, but only users inside one particular Organizational Unit, which contains over 1000 active users.
We would like to expand our Schema to whole domain (about 12000 active users) and we are affraid that it could crash our history - all tickets, all assets and CMDB equipment. We dont want to loose the ticket history, all created links etc.
Could you tell me if it is safe to expand the schema or if there are some points to avoid?
And second - could be some accounts filtrated out? for example service accounts, which dont represent real users.
