Hello all, how can I remove the grey bar in the email template? We do want to use the email as notification of a call but we would just like it that employee's can answer the email. Made a good template but I cannot find how to remove the standard grey bar.
AFAIK you cannot. It is there to be literal so replies are placed appropriately so the can be processed as a comment appropriately.
Mmm ok, it seems so weird to me that it cannot be removed tho. Why would you have it there, in my eyes.. it's just ugly.

I don’t work for Atlassian so can’t and won’t speak for them. However I personally prefer it be there and see it as quite common in systems like this. Certainly I appreciate that my preferences are not representative of others views. 🙂
