I think you cannot have that in the same gadget, you can put two gadgets together like this:
If you want to display something like these other gadgets:
You'd need a third party app. We develop Ronin Dashboards for Jira, you can see a live dashboard here.
Why do you need to put both metrics in the same gadget?
