how to move changes from test jira to production jira?

hi, i already make changes in our test jira and run few test on the test jira and everything seem fine, now i would like to move it to production jira. is there any ways for me to move it to production without have to use any third party extension? or do i have to copy each changes i have made?

With Out using I think Not Possible. Using "Project Configuration Plugin" I ts May be Possible. Transfer The Projects In test to Production.
