i had 4 service desk project. i want to use one email account for all projects. but jira service desk does not all.
how can i get that ?

This is not possible with Jira Server Desk natively at this time. There are existing feature requests for this in
I would recommend watching/voting on those issues if this is something you want in Service Desk. In the meantime, I would recommend to re-approach this problem from another angle, such as creating separate email addresses for each project, or combining the projects.

It appears that there are plugins for Jira that might help in this regard. From reading those replies it looks like the Enterprise Email Handler for Jira (JEMH) plugin might be able to accommodate this request.
