is it possible to copy a custom field's text to a comment visible to customers n Automation for Jira, so I have a resolution field that appears once the ticket transitions to Done but the issue I am having is resolutions is not visible to customers so I want to automate the resolution field that so that if the resolution field's text gets copied to the comments and then shared to customer

When we close a ticket on Service Desk, the resolution is visible for the customer. It's not the same as on the agent view where the resolution shows under the status, but it shows on the ticket history:
If that's not the case, can you please give us more details about what resolution you need to show to customers?
