Hello,
The useful portion of KB screen is very narrow. In the first place, the popup part takes about 60% of the screen, "did you like the article" takes another 25% of that part.
As a result, the usefull information portion is very narrow. While the text is being wrapped, the images are cut.
Is there a way to configure the UI so KB can be displayed in a wider screen?

Currently, it's not possible to configure the customer portal to show the articles on the entire page. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
