A custom field in an issue type is "required" but is optional in all the other issue types. I want to change it to optional but I can't find where to edit the field. I have looked at all the available field configurations, and I can't find which field configuration it's associated to and all the available configurations show the field as optional. Is there a chance that I may have already changed the field but a system issue is causing it to appear as required?
Maybe you are making the field required in a validator in the create transition of the workflow?
