Par exemple <les demandes ne doivent pas contenir des données clients>.

It's possible to add announcements in the customer portal and directly in the project, so customers will see while creating a ticket.
Please, go to the Project settings > Portal settings > Introduction text and add the desired message.
To add an announcement in the portal for everyone, on the same page you can click on "View and change":
You can also go directly to the portal and click on Customize to add an announcement:
