we have been using JIRA SW during the build of our ERP system. the involved project members raised issues during it's build in JIRA. Now the system is implemented the need of a more supporting structure is needed so we are thinking to create a Jira Servicedesk for the system.
Is it possible to move the issues that are still in de SW project to a ServiceDesk project?

sure. you can use the bulk edit and move function. you may have to do this in several moves depending on issuetypes and workflows but doable for sure. Now keep in mind that every assignee will need to be an Agent in the project so be sure to address this before the move.
