need 2 distinct portals for support to 2 different companies

. We have 2 external service desk portals set up. 

When you click on the desired service desk, it does show up appropriately in front of the banner and I’m sure that’s as intended.

Additionally, I have 2 different logos that appear on the popup windows for each service desk.

 

Unfortunately, this does not serve our needs. We need to have the main portal have only one service desk. So, therefore, we need 2 of these main landing pages with one service desk on each.

Thank you for getting in touch with Atlassian Community!
On Jira Cloud the main page of Service Desk is shared with all projects, it's not possible to have a main page specific for each project.
As a workaround, you can create your own customer portal. Please, check the documentation below for more details:
