Is there a way to have a pre-filled field based on the reporter in Jira Service Desk? The reporter would be someone outside my organization.
Example: Reporter = Jane.Doe@gmail.com
Jane Doe would have a specific field already filled in based on her domain as@gmail.com

Yes, you can use Automation to update the Organization field using the reporters email.

Not all of my customers are in an organization in Jira. Without using the organization, is there any way while during issue creation, Jane Doe would have the custom field called Platform filled in? This way while she is creating the ticket, she wouldn't have to fill in that field, it would be automatically filled in.
