Hello,

we have already installed internally and we just finsih to install Jira service desk.

when we try to create a new project we have an error "Hmm ... we were unable to create your project due to an unknown error refresh the page and try again jira"
We have swich to english the user interface because it seems a current issue. Anyway, the error is still the same in english.

we also fail to access the jira service desk configuration.

An error occurs just at the end?

You can't see the project, you must be an administrator to do this go to your right setting (cog) -> project and search for the name of the project you think you didn't create.

If it's there the problem is the permission scheme, you can edit it there, that comes by default, need to change it or edit it to fit you and your team

Does this error occur near the end or when you press create?

Go to cog -> projects -> try finding this project you created, because when I create a new project it automatically add permission scheme which I'm not part of, so I have to find the project and change the permission, of course at the end of creation it throws an error just like this one you have

We just finished installing jira service desk in addition to our Jira, we never create a project, it's the first time and we had this problem.

I never installed JSD on my own, I'm Padawan in Jira Server Administration but I know this is Java Garbage Collection Log.
