How to add a field in jira agent view

Hello Rose,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

When using a next-gen project, it's possible to add fields on the agent view by going to Project settings > Request types.

On this page, select the desired Request type and drag the fields from the right sidebar and drop it under Context fields.

If it's a classic project, go to Project settings > Screens.

Expand the desired scheme and select the screen you need to add fields.

On the bottom of the page, you will see a dropdown menu where you can select the fields for the screen.
