I'm using JIRA service desk server edition 4.2.2.
When an issue is set to 'resolved', an automated email is sent to customer, BUT the link in the email is my internal office IP. I'm using port forwarding to make my customer able to access the service desk portal portal. Is there a way to make the link in the sent email refers to the public IP instead of local IP?
What is the base url for your Jira SD installation?
