This service desk project has configuration problems and may not work as expected. this notification is showing and when we try to view the report its not showing anything.
This is usually shown when you change specific default settings of Service desk that in turn hinders it from working as intended for example, changing the permission scheme and removing permission for users who have access to customer portal or granting access to user or role that is different from the default.
Look at what you changed as this would be the best hint of the problem.
If you can also get me a screenshot of the error, I can try reproducing it.
