I'm currently testing Jira Service Desk. I created an article and would like to use/share it in the comments but it says that the article's access is restricted. I had already set the anonymous settings to View All. The article is also set to no restrictions. See https://www.screencast.com/t/WlnOXj33q

Hi Jary,

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!
On the Confluence side it looks correctly, so let's check the settings on Service Desk.
Please, go to Project settings > Knowledge base > Access > and select the option Everyone with access to your service desk can read articles without a Confluence license.

Also, please go to the Confluence space > Space settings > Permissions if it shows this information:

Angélica

Hi Angelica,

Not sure what happened but it now works, without me changing anything aside from what I mentioned in my previous post. But thanks for your reply, will take note of this for future reference :)
