updating ssl certificate

How exactly do you update any of the four certs we have in the tomcat keystore?  Seems when i try to update say the usertrust intermediate cert, it shows in the keystore list area where the alias is as expected but the chain is still with the old cert.  

Also, when trying to update the site (wildcard) cert... it wont work.  do i have to do the pkcs again and all those steps?  Sure appreciate help.

Yes you need to follow the same steps again to upload the new wild card as same i did recently.
