when viewing a KB article from customer portal, it chunks the words at the end. Any fix for this?

Hi

I am viewing a KB article from Customer portal and I noticed that the words at the end of the line are truncated. Not sure how to fix this problem.  Also, the navigator window is not displayed on the portal view.

 

When I view the same article on Confluence, it looks perfect and the Navigator pane is seen as well.

 

Both Server versions:

 

Service Desk - 4.5.1

Confluence - 6.5.18

Hello @Vasavi Nagalla ,

Unfortunately there is not a workaround for this at this time , however from your description it sounds like you are running into the same scenario we are looking to update that is being tracked in the following Feature requests (Cloud and server respectively):

The above requests look to enlarge the view by opening the KB as full page from the customer portal portal as it currently opens in an ifram from the portal to prevent a user from navigating away from the current support portal location but has the side effect of reducing the size due to the page in page viewing experience.

Make sure to add a vote to the request to show your interest and help influence the priority as covered in the "Implementation of New Features Policy" and please also check out the following requests that are closely related to and tied to the above request that I recomend reviewing and voting on as well:
