I am unable to export customer requests through customer portal, and i have observed that there is an 403 error in console of the chrome browser.
is there any solution for this issue.

Just to make sure that we are on the same page, are you using an add-on to export issues from the customer portal?
I’m asking this because currently, Jira doesn't have this functionality. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
