refering to the following Question Solved: AQL connecting jira assets to current reporter (atlassian.com) I need some additional advice from you guys.
I want to do something similar, but i am a little bit stucked.
I have a Portal for external Customers these Customers have Detailed Informations and they belong to an Organization. These Organizations are using Mobile Devices from us and have the option to make a Repair Request.
I already attached the Asset object with all devices.
And it would be possible to filter on the current reporter, but this means i have to add the reporter (customer) directly to the asset in a user field.
Is ther a possibility do access the organization of the reporter/customer
So i can create a filtering with something like this.
Organization IN $reporter.organization
