I send tabular emails to different people, people who are in the request participants or registered in the organization. Here, the email to the person with the email "@atlassian" is just a link. The others receive a table. What could be the reason for this? (The person with the @atlassian mail address was first in the request participants and then I added him as a customer).

@Yılmaz Dinçer My guess is that the @atlassian account is setup as a agent on the service desk and they are getting the email that goes out to agents and not customers.
