Hello - We've created a custom workflow with various statuses for an issue type that's in use on a project. The new workflow has been applied, is active, and is reflected in the project settings of this particular project. These new workflow statuses are not available in the ticket. For example, a shipping status is part of the new workflow but I cannot set this status on the ticket/request that's been created. Any insight would be appreciated!
Look at the workflow for the issue - from its current status, are there transitions to the status you want to put it into? If there are, are there conditions on those transitions that may be blocking you doing the transitions?
Also, check if you have permission to transition issues in the project (not "admin", but the actual permission for transition)
Thank you, this was the answer I was looking for. We were missing the translation logic which had to be modified a bit. It is working as expected now.

Also please try re-associating the workflow ( copy the workflow and apply to the issue type and publish again). Sometimes when the workflows are changed, the transitions might not be visible on the issues.

If you have a screen shot of the workflow it may help. Did you try and create a brand new ticket vs using an existing issue?
