Please press Request an update from the vendor this will send an automatic notification to the vendor that you use their add on and you require an update.

Do you have any idea? should we need to purchase or it will be updated from their side?

First, do what's the name of this plugin?

Have you purchased it before?

Requesting an update will cost you nothing after the vendor makes an update you will have to update it on your own in add on the manager, instead of  Request an update will say update.

You mean i just need to click on Request Update? And the required update will start?

Do i need to put any information? 

I dont have Knowledge about this "Have you purchased it before?" is there any way to find out?

Yes, you just need to click on Request Update.

But it will send a request for an update, the update won't start after you send the request.

You'll be able to update after the vendor releases the update, you can check the add on in few days to see if an update is available.

Thank you. That means till the update is not available or the add-on is not updated. Its going to affect the services that was mange with that add-on? Correct me if i am wrong.

Also it applies for add-on that needs to be buy or purchase?

Maybe, depends on an add on no one can tell for sure, does it work now?

No, you don't have to buy an add on to receive an update, but you will have to buy it after trial expiration if you want to continue to use it.

Note, you won't receive an update if you bought the addon before but stopped paying maintenance year after, but that doesn't apply to your case since you are using trial
