Our request types have a field call Priority. In the customer view of help centre under My Request, is there a way to allow the cutomer to filter by the priority field the selected when a request was created.
Currently the my request view in the customer portal only allows the user to filter by
Open/ Closed
My Request / Organistaions Request
Request Type
Request Contains (free text)
How can I add a filter or Priority so they can filetr by priorities
