Add/display 'Change Parent/Add Parent' to stories on a next-gen project.

Currently on next-gen projects the "Change Parent" option is only accessible from the ... action in the story. We need to add this field to the side panel with all of the other fields on the story (so user does not have to select the ... option). Is this possible? If not can we create a new link relationship field and associate it with the epics and display it as needed?

This is a  function, not a field, and it's one you're not expected to use a huge amount.

There's no way to re-arrange the UI, dragging functions out arbitrarily.

Is there a way to create a custom field with the same functionality so we can add it to the the required story view?
