We currently use in Asana the Jira Cloud app which allows us to add Jira links to Asana. The thing is, i noticed it is only for Jira Software/Service Management links, meaning, we cannot add Jira Customer Portal ones.
Basically my issue is that I want some of our Jira Service Management customers ( our employees who open us tickets), to be able to take customer portal url and place it in Asana so they can also see the status there. Doesn't seem work.

Is there a way to add the customer portal url instead????
