My need is to automatically add requester participants in a ticket depending on some keywords in the summary and description ?
Do you know if this is possible ?

I do not believe that Jira Service Desk's built in automation is able to add requested participants at this time. There is an open feature request for this in
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-2386
and
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-2386
That said, that feature request does list a few different alternatives in the comments. One of which seems to use the scriptrunner plugin for Jira as explained in https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-automatically-add-request-participants-when-creating-an-issue-777026955.html
