Hey folks,
does anybody know about a service desk add-on / extension which allows to add more details to the customers profile?
In our business scenario we receive customer requests at our service desk and the customer has to pay a specific amount of money (based on the hours we spent on the request) for every request that he creates. So we somehow need to be able to capture payment data in the customer profile (e.g. customer can choose between paypal / credit card / invoice and add the details in his profile).
Does anybody have an idea about how to achieve this objective?

Hi Hendrik,
One option I have seen come up over time has been User Profiles for JIRA. This will allow you to create custom fields that you can add to the user profile. Another options is Project Team for JIRA which allows adding custom fields to the JIRA user profile. Hopefully one of these will work out for you!

Thanks for the feedback but these two options are only available for the Server version of Jira.
