Hi
Is there a way to add JIRA Service Desk customers to filter subscriptions, for JSD issues?
There is a "service-desk-customer" group which is available to the subscriptions, and I was able to add a customer user to that group, but he has not received the email.
Any ideas?

I don't believe it will work for non-licensed users. I am not positive though.
