We've had a request from one of our users to setup a workflow on Slack to raise Jira support requests directly to a specific Jira project.
The workflow would be the following:
We've got as far as the final step, which is submitting the task to the Jira project. This appears to be failing due to one specific requirement. Which is the Account Value, screenshots below for reference:
The problem is that we don't know what it's asking for here as the value or what needs to be entered for it to process to the project.
We've tried setting it as the requester account, the default account for Tempo, The ID for the Tempo account via the API, etc. Nothing seems to be accepted.
I've searched across various sites but couldn't find any documentation nor previous support posts on this workflow setup. So I was hoping someone may have set something like this up before and would know what we're missing.
