Allowing Engineers to Edit a Queue Sort Order

Is there any way of allowing the engineer to edit the sort order of the queue.

Currently I am sorting from the queue configuration ORDER BY with the JQL.

There are instances where an engineer would want to change what their tickets are sorted by (instead of having a separate queue for each sort order!)

Is this possible?

I assume you are inquiring about the ability to sort on the columns for a given queue. If so, this is not yet available. there are numerous requests w/ https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSD-298 being the one to watch.
