I am and have always been the administrator in our Atlassian account after I set it up. I had also setup my partner to be as well. After he informed me he no longer had access yesterday, I decided to check his settings. When I looked today, I see that I no longer have admin access either. I have changed no settings for my account. How do I fix this?

When you say you no longer have Admin access, what can you no longer access? Is it the instance itself, Jira Administration or Org/Site Administration?
