we are currently facing the problem that one of our users gets this error while trying to log in (just made the mail address not visible here for everyone):
We have not changed anything with his permissions.
He is still in all User Groups and had access yesterday.
What might be the problem here?
Has your site administrator confirmed that the user has been granted access to one or more of the Atlassian applications in your site?
