Audit log notification

I need to get notification, when anybody of Project Administrators or local admin change (add or remove) users in "users and roles" section in project. In settings i see this events in log and wan't to get notified iimmediately about this changes

There is not currently a notification sent out when something is changed that is reflected in the audit log.  There is a feature request for this that I found however:

JRACLOUD-66735

My suggestion would be to vote and comment on that feature request.
